Karil Kucera is Luce Associate Professor of Asian Visual Culture in the Departments of Asian Studies and Art & Art History at St. Olaf College. Dr. Kucera holds a PhD in art history from the University of Kansas, an MA from the University of Oregon, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is the project leader for Image Database to Enhance Asian Studies [IDEAS].
