I considered a concrete expression of my argument that the purpose of a liberal education is to prepare a democratic citizenry and that the Imprint threatens this liberty. There are a few crucial philosophical points about knowledge that I need to clarify to balance my overall argument. Although I do not intend to be exhaustive, what I want to do is create a philosophical expression of autonomy.
